The aim for the remodel of this 80's-med-modern villa is to create a more timeless feel to the house and to introduce a natural palette of materials. Also, the landscape shall reflect its Malibu setting with a more native and minimal palette. Interior spaces will be rearranged to make better use of the space and to introduce a sparkling new wine cellar.
